HI PEOPLE

Thursday the 9/8/07 sure is a busy day. The european court of human rights likes to know who you have contacted towards forwarding your complaints, this is just another instance of my doing so, or my attempting to do so, as you will see much like the General Medical Council its never as easy as it ought to be, especially for people who hate offical forms.

Here then is a copy of the original request, why it was not granted lord alone knows. (oh by the way ECHR I realise that I forgot to write the names and addresses of the two solicitors I had dealings with regarding the LGO and Cardiff County Council and the failure to make good assurances I had regarding sound insultation and other issues, but given the detail in these blogs I believe that to be a minor issues)

I have tried to find a solicitor in cardiff previously with regards to a list of complaints about the criminal negligence shown by me from numerous bodies see http://bbccrazydave.blogspot.com for a full list. So I am left hoping that the Law society's human rights committee might be able to help me but could find no email address for them on the site. Could you maybe ask one of them to look into these matters on my behalf, email response is more preferrable to letter.

We set standards for the education and training of solicitors, including lawyers from abroad who want to work in England and Wales.-We set standards of professional behaviour and provide guidance.-

We hold the register of solicitors and provide an information service to the public about suitably qualified solicitors.We monitor solicitors to make sure they comply with those standards.-We take action against solicitors who have breached our standards - this includes striking them off the roll of solicitors in serious cases.

Although we cannot help with your specific enquiry we can certainly provide you with details of solicitor firms that have indicated to us that they provide advice in human rights law within your area.
